Hi, I'm Joanna! 👋🏻

I've joined Cloudsmith in January 2025 in the Operations team.  I have a very diverse background across many areas like operational management, customer success both B2B and B2C, customer service general and technical support. 

I was eager to join the Cloudsmith team because throughout interview process I felt like a part of the family already! The team was really welcoming, passionate, transparent and just really good craic! 

I'm very excited for whats to come for Cloudsmith this year and looking forward to get stuck in and making great things happen! 💪🏻 

When I'm not in work mode I spend my time with my husband and two children, usually on the beach in Bangor.🌊
