The Role
This is a critical role for Cloudsmith’s go-to-market motion — one that bridges marketing, sales, and product strategy to help us win the right customers faster. You’ll work closely with our Sales and SDR teams to design highly personalized programs, shape messaging for technical audiences, and operationalize ABM across channels.
Key Responsibilities
Build and own Cloudsmith’s ABM strategy across 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many programs.
Partner with Sales to identify target accounts, ICP signals, high-potential audience segments, and campaign goals.
Partner with product marketing to define our ICP and the signals that identify purchase intent for individuals and organizations
Design and run full-funnel campaigns — email, content, LinkedIn, web personalization, direct mail, and more — that engage DevOps, platform, and security buyers.
Partner closely with our events marketing team to engage our targeted buyers in the field.
Create segmented messaging frameworks that speak to the technical and business pain points of each targeted buying team.
Collaborate with our Product Marketing and Content teams to create personalized assets and experiences for technical decision-makers that we target.
Make recommendations and oversee implementation & operation of ABM-specific tech platforms
Monitor and report on account engagement, attribution, and pipeline performance, and optimize based on data and insights.
Required Experience, Qualities & Skills
3–5+ years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 1–2 years in ABM or demand generation.
Experience marketing to technical audiences — DevOps, developers, platform engineers, or security teams.
Deep understanding of B2B buying journeys and multi-stakeholder deal cycles.
Strong campaign planning, execution, and reporting skills.
Proficiency with marketing and ABM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, 6sense, LinkedIn Ads, Mutiny).
Strategic thinker with a hands-on builder mindset — you can design, launch, and learn fast.
Collaborative, curious, and data-informed.
Ability to build playbooks and systems from scratch in a high growth startup environment.
Familiarity with CI/CD, artifact management, or software supply chain concepts a plus.
