We don't hold mandatory working hours or in-office working days. Our contracts are 40 hour week and we trust you to make the right decisions. We understand that life happens and team members aren't at their keyboards all day, all we ask is for clear communication and honesty.

We group up a few times throughout the year for all-company events in Belfast for some strategy settin' and socializin' - otherwise we're flexin'!
