Hi, I'm Shannon! 👋🏻

I joined Cloudsmith in September 2026 as HR Administrator, and I'm often one of the people new joiners first hear from.

My job is to make sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. I get new starters set up on our systems so they can hit the ground running, enrol employees in their benefits, and answer any questions that come up along the way. No query is too small, and I'm always happy to jump in to help.

Before Cloudsmith, I worked in recruitment, so I know what it's like on the other side of the process. I was so excited to make the jump into HR, and I haven't looked back since! After initially chatting with the team and learning about the company and its growth, I knew Cloudsmith was somewhere I wanted to be part of.

Outside of work, my two dogs keep me very busy! I also have a wildly varying range of hobbies, from watching true crime documentaries to crocheting. If you ever want to swap documentary recommendations or talk dogs, I'm all ears!
