Hi there! I'm Amy, one of the Customer Success Managers here at Cloudsmith!
I first joined in January 2024, after multiple years working in customer success across predominantly marketing and market research SAAS. 

What truly stood out to me about Cloudsmith was the passion of those I met during my interview; it was infectious! I also felt I would be championed to achieve my career goals by working in such a technical environment with incredibly talented colleagues. To this day, I know I made the right decision. 

When I'm not Cloudsmithing, I ring announce and manage the social media channels for professional wrestling & non-profit organisation The Lancashire Wrestling Federation. I also regularly appear on my partner's YouTube channel, where I enjoy discussing (mostly) horror movies and terrible mockbusters!
