Lorena Paskeviciute

I’m a software engineer with 7 years of experience, most of which has been in fast-paced startup environments. Over the years, I’ve worked across a wide range of challenges — from building applications from the ground up to designing complex, modern cloud systems, scalable asynchronous workflows, and custom IAM solutions.

Working in startups has given me the opportunity to wear many different hats, take ownership beyond my immediate role, and learn by tackling problems across the stack. It’s helped me grow not only as an engineer, but also as someone who enjoys understanding the bigger picture, solving problems pragmatically, and helping turn ideas into reliable products.
