Hi, I’m Tiernan! (Tear-Naan) 👋🏻

I joined the Cloudsmith Operations team in January 2026. What really sold me on the company during the interview process was the culture which is a running theme across departments it seems. It felt like a team within which I would thrive from first contact and has remained that way since! The team is welcoming, transparent, and there is always plenty of great craic, which makes it an exciting place to show up to every day

My career has been a bit of a journey across some pretty heavy-duty industries. I’ve worked in Steel SCM and Telecoms Infrastructure, where I learned the ropes of operations & high stress technical administration tasks as well as taking ownership of multiple projects at any given time. Most recently, I served as an AV Field Engineer, bridging the gap between technical support and hands-on problem-solving.

I’m really looking forward to getting stuck in at Cloudsmith this year and using that diverse experience to help make great things happen! 💪🏻

When I’m not in work mode, I’m usually behind the decks. I’m a DJ and event organizer with a massive interest in sound engineering and music of all kinds. Whether I’m tuning sound systems or planning the logistics for a show, I’m always into the technical side of the sound & production.

To recharge, I spend my time with my Girlfriend & Pitty (Farrah 🐕). The best way to spend downtime!
